1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between md44 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses or uses the services available at md44.bet. By registering an account, logging in, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

md44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, md44 will notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translation provided for convenience shall not affect the interpretation of the English text.

md44 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform targeting adult players located in Bangladesh. Use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly the responsibility of the individual player. md44 makes no representation that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on md44, you must create a player account via the md44 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one md44 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. md44 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances held within them will be forfeited.

Account credentials: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. md44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Identity verification (KYC): md44 may at any time request documentary proof of identity, age, address, or payment method ownership as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity and age verification, and a bank statement or utility bill dated within three months for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

• Provide truthful registration information at all times.
• Notify md44 promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Not register on behalf of any third party.
• Not use an account belonging to another person.
• Not allow any other person to use your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on md44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). md44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific channels may vary from time to time; the current list of active channels is displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your md44 wallet within 1–5 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. md44 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the channel selected and the current verification status of your account. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a different method is approved by md44 support following a KYC review. md44 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may deduct their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The deposited amount must have been wagered at least once on any eligible game or betting market.
• No active chargeback or payment dispute is associated with your account.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable daily or weekly withdrawal limits set on your account.

Refused transactions: md44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that is suspected to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering activity, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

md44 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit, reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal campaigns tied to BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and a loyalty programme for regular players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and virtual sports each carry different contribution weightings, which are set out in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a 0% wagering contribution do not count towards clearing a bonus.

Abuse and misuse: md44 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing risk-free bets that exploit wagering requirements, using automated betting strategies to clear bonuses, or colluding with other players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, related winnings, and potentially the entire account balance forfeited.

Promotional changes: md44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification retain the rights established under the original terms of that specific promotion.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

md44 provides two primary product categories: casino games (including live casino, slots, crash games, and instant-win titles) and sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and virtual sports). The following general rules apply across all product categories.

Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed. md44 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome of the bet. Where a technical error is established, md44's decision on the resolution shall be final.

Palpable errors: If md44 offers or accepts a bet at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed failure or human input error — md44 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Winnings accumulated on palpably incorrect odds will not be paid out.

Match and event results: The results of all sports markets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA, BCCI). In the event of a dispute, the decision of md44's trading team, informed by the official governing body's ruling, shall be final.

Casino game integrity: All casino games available on md44 are supplied by licensed providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) software has been independently audited and certified. md44 does not modify game logic, RTP percentages, or outcomes in any way. Published RTP figures reflect long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may vary based on your account tier, current promotion status, or the specific event being wagered upon.

Prohibited conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on md44:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or latency advantages to gain an unfair edge.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino tables, or sports betting pools.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform's deposit and withdrawal system.

md44 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, suspend accounts, and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities where any of the above conduct is identified or reasonably suspected.

6. Age Restriction

md44 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to participate in real-money gambling. md44 takes its obligations in this regard with the utmost seriousness.

Age verification: All new accounts are subject to mandatory age verification before real-money deposits, wagers, or withdrawals are permitted. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate as proof of age. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be permanently closed.

Underage account discovery: If md44 discovers or has reasonable cause to believe that an account holder is under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken immediately:

• The account will be suspended and then permanently closed.
• All real-money funds deposited by the underage player will be returned to the original payment source.
• All winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited.
• The incident may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your md44 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and credited to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling for a defined period, md44 offers self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. A self-exclusion request takes effect within one hour of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the agreed exclusion period. md44-initiated suspension or closure: md44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account creation or collusion with other players.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• At the direction of a relevant regulatory, law enforcement, or judicial authority.

Where an account is closed by md44 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, eligible balances will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

md44 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While md44 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and free of errors, md44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Service interruptions: md44 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, internet outages, or events beyond md44's reasonable control (force majeure). Where a service interruption affects the outcome of a bet or live casino hand, md44 will review the situation and apply a fair resolution at its discretion.

Financial losses: Gambling involves financial risk. md44 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of using the platform. Players are solely responsible for the decisions they make when placing bets or wagers. md44 strongly encourages all players to set deposit and loss limits before commencing play.

Third-party content: md44's platform includes games and content supplied by third-party providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). md44 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating within third-party game software, although md44 will act as an intermediary in resolving disputes where possible.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold md44, its directors, employees, agents, and partners harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Governing law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through md44's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. md44's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account status shall be final, subject to any applicable statutory rights you may hold.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and md44 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
